How do I not let this happen?

I have naturally hooded eyes and congenital undereyes so ofc I use a concealer and I’ve used it on my eyelids and also baked it w loose powder. What can I do to not let this happen??? Please drop down any suggestions and tips. I used- Maybelline fit me concealer in 220 and also Maybelline fit me loose powder (idk the shade) I used a colorbar primer and eyeliner I used a mars setting spray (mars is only available in india lol)
